Portfolio conceptIndependent study — not commissioned client work.

KIN Life Sciences

Every sample, approval, and exception—traceable.

A multi-site research workspace that keeps evidence current, surfaces exceptions first, and makes the next review obvious.

The challenge

The concept starts with a coordination problem: multi-site study teams need to know where every sample, protocol deviation, and approval stands without rebuilding the story in spreadsheets.

What we shaped

The design study explores a traceable workflow built around role-based queues, exception-first review, and a shared evidence timeline.

The outcome

The proposed workflow gives researchers, site leads, and programme owners one shared current state.

It demonstrates how to reduce ambiguity while preserving the controls expected in regulated work.
