What we process
Website delivery and security
When you visit the site, hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical request data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamps, and basic security logs. This is used to deliver the website, prevent abuse, debug issues, and keep the service reliable.
Vercel Web Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate website usage, such as page views and general traffic trends. Vercel describes Web Analytics as cookie-free and anonymized, without tying page view data to an individual visitor or stored IP address.
Vercel Speed Insights
We use Vercel Speed Insights to measure real-world performance information such as Core Web Vitals, loading behavior, device/browser context, and page performance. This helps us improve the website experience.
Lines We Draw game support
If you choose to support Lines We Draw, we process the details needed to open the support checkout: the support amount, your email, the optional supporter name you choose, which may appear in the public supporter list, and the connection IP address passed to Polar with the checkout. Payment, invoice, and tax handling are completed through Polar.
Contact and project inquiries
If you send a project inquiry, we process the information you submit, including name, email, company, selected services, project context, source page, and submission time. Inquiry forms are delivered through a Google Apps Script workflow.
Legal bases
We process data where it is necessary to deliver the website, respond to requests, prepare or perform a contract, meet legal obligations, protect legitimate interests such as security and product improvement, or where you have given consent.
Processors and external services
We may use Vercel for hosting, analytics, and speed insights; Google Apps Script for delivering project inquiry forms; Google PageSpeed Insights only when you request a website audit; and Polar only for optional Lines We Draw support payments. External links such as Steam, YouTube, and Google Drive are governed by those services once opened.
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, including support, accounting, tax, legal, security, and operational requirements.
